Pan-African Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PACCI)
PACCI was established in 2009 with the hopes of being the main business advocacy organisation in Africa. It is constituted by 35 national Chambers of Commerce from across the African continent and as such is the most representative business organisation in the continent. PACCI membership is also open to business associations, business support organisations and private companies that operate in more than one African country.
Its key objective is to strengthen the competitiveness of Africa’s economy and as such provides a voice for business at a continental and global level. Its programme focus on deepening of market integration (advancing the Continental Free Trade Area), advancing corporate responsibility and transparency, promote initiatives that advance the green economy and to strengthen and support women entrepreneurs.
