The Enhanced Integrated Framework (EIF) is a multi-donor programme that offers trade-related assistance for Least Developed Countries (LDCs) by supporting them to be more active players in the global trading system by helping them tackle supply-side constraints to trade. The EIF aims to mainstream trade into national development strategies, set up structures to coordinate the delivery of trade-related technical assistance and increase capacity building to trade. EIF’s objective is to promote economic growth and sustainable development, ultimately working towards poverty alleviation.

EIF is currently helping about 50 LDCs and is a multi-donor programme receiving support from 23 donors.
